You may apply for residency at any time. Applications are considered immediately and successful candidates are sent a letter of offer, a Residential Agreement and other important information.

A range of Residential Agreements is available:

• academic year: for 38 weeks between Februray and November
• per semester: students who wish to begin their studies in second semester (July)
• annual: the best value for any 52 consecutive weeks!
• summer: do a summer school or pre-university entrance studies (14 weeks between November and February).

Subject to room availability, residents can arrive early or remain in residence after their agreement.

An offer to Jane does not guarantee a place at the University of Tasmania, nor vice versa.
